If you are one of those people who wants to grow fast and are prepared to spend night and day in office, Cognizant is the place for you. It is recruiting heavily now and if you are even just average tech with good communication skills you'll be through. My tip is to know fully well of your current project and speak so highly of it that you are able to drive your interview. All the best!!
