Good exposure, many projects, good clients, good for freshers and people with less than a year of experience

Cons

Bad pay for everyone in US, no growth, lots of politics, use of gc to lure workers, bring in people who can hardly speak english and apply green cards for them under eb1A category while there are phds and brilliant masters people waiting in queue on eb2.

Advice to Senior Management

Bad pay for everyone in US, stop applying eb1 for tech leads, treat mbas as mbas and not as techies. Better pay for people to live better in us
