Extremely good managers who encourage research and development and allow employees to work however they would like it (either structured or not structrured).

Cons

The pay is low compared to industry standards for freshers. However, I think, laterals are offered a decent compensation relatively.

Advice to Senior Management

The company should give employees more freedom in deciding ways to work. The company, at may a time, still does treat its employees as school kids!
