I have been working at Cognizant Technology Solutions

Pros – Transparency and Employee oriented policies.
Academy providing very good online and in person trainings.
Recognition, promotion, incentives and salary.
Very good centralized internal system to resolve employees issues

Cons – To keep client relation ship good, some times agrees all demands of clients and make employees to suffer, without getting any extra benefits.

Advice to Senior Management – Cognizant management should talk to client sin such way that, both employee and cognizant should get benefit out of it.
