Pros – Less micro mgmt
Reasonable salary

Cons – Sr. Mgmt does not interact with the low level members
Long timers are given preference over performance
Advice to Senior Management – IT workforce has people with high IQ, they need to be treated better. Sr. mgmt needs to understand the mindset of the core level member -the team members. Performance shld be always ahead and paid.
