I have been working at Cognizant Technology Solutions full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – 1. Extremely open culture with great emphasis on getting all ideas and opinions heard and counted on irrespective of job level
2. Very fast and agile decision making at all levels with a single focus - how to "delight" the customer always
3. Great career opportunities in the US especially in the mid to senior levels
Cons – 1. Performance management processes still a bit archaic and needs improvement
2. Work/Life balance needs to be improved
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
