“Big company, a lot of managers and senior advisors invovled”
I have been working at Cognizant Technology Solutions full-time for more than a year
Pros – Are allowed to choose the vertical of the industry you want to work for and at the same time you are also allowed to choose the project you want to be in. Flexibility in work timings and schedules.
Cons – A lot of incompetent folks involved in the company who dont want to work and .
