“Mid level management very bad, You have to be a Pet to someone in this company”
I have been working at Cognizant Technology Solutions full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Very transparent leadership team, Benefits, Opportunity to improve your skills, Business Development
Cons – Mid level management attitude towards employees - If you say no genuinely, you go in to their bad books, many good employees are not recognized due to unfruitful relationship with managers. Appraisal process can be better.
Advice to Senior Management – Please try to retain current employees by providing a good appraisal process, eliminate monkey managers who does not have the right skills to do appraisal.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
