“Great Organization to work for”
Current Employee – been working at Cognizant Technology Solutions full-time for less than a year
Pros – Total work-life balance
Compensation better than the competitors
Good career prospect
Training is very good, and its a lifetime activity in here

Cons – Talent management could be better. They should rank the trainees according to their performance and then tag them to the projects.
