I worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions full-time
Pros – Fast paced growth, opportunities to learn new things, good quality workforce, global delivery model
Cons – Less diverse, low end work in consulting, less experienced middle management, no mentorships, may have to relocate to different cities
Advice to Senior Management – Bring diversity to workforce
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
