“A Good Clean organization”
I have been working at Cognizant Technology Solutions full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – One outstanding point about CTS is that , if you manage your employees well, your employees will follow suit. CTS has been very employee friendly in most respects except the big carrot GC
Cons – Should try not to fool experienced professionals with GC.. Its a fad.
Advice to Senior Management – Please improve the Immigration team. Otherwise, you have my thumbs up ! :-)
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
