Current Employee – been working at Cognosante

Pros – There are some really smart people running this company and some great co-workers. They acknowledge and reward competence and hard work and cut the dead wood. It's a very exciting place in a fast-changing industry.

Cons – Things are moving quickly and this is not a place for those averse to change. Not everyone can cope with the pace of change and some good people are not happy here. There are challenges in recruiting enough of the right people because the business is growing so rapidly, so hours are sometimes long.

Advice to Senior Management – Communicate with line staff regularly and clearly. There are good things happening which are not getting out to all employees because you are too busy building the business to keep them informed.
