Pros – Great, talented people to work with.

Cons – I really loved working there, though It seemed to be difficult to move up the ranks in the company. Often hired from outside instead of promoting from the bottom.

Advice to Senior Management – Company seems very top heavy with a small supporting staff. If everyone is a VP, who will do their support work?
