Cons – You need to be responsible for your own career, as the company is not strong on helping you to identify a career path
A little heavy on 'Directors' in the organization: we need fewer bosses and more workers

Advice to Senior Management – Spend some time talking with your employees and letting them know that you recognize their efforts and care about them as employees and as people
