“The Tax Management in Oakbrook Illinois needs overhaul.”
Current Employee – been working at Coinstar full-time for more than a year
Pros – Salary and benefits are good along with the movie rentals to the employees. The food eveyone brings in is also quite good...
Cons – Micro-management, terrible training, lack of direction from Management Team in the tax department. Unprofessional and juvenille behavior in the tax management team. The gossip and constant loud laughing is quite unprofessional and very distracting. Too many senseless meetings!
Advice to Senior Management – Desperate need for a complete overhaul of the tax management team in Oakbrook, IL.
