Current Employee – been working at Colangelo Synergy Marketing

Pros – Most of my co-workers were great, as long as I could get around the high school mentality. Very very similar to high school. Sorry, but I left the "I got so wasted last night" mentality just to be a part of the in crowd behind me when I started my professional career. Sadly, it is alive and thriving at Colangelo, and the more you hang out with the in crowd, the more secure your position in the agency during layoffs. It's a very messed up atmosphere.

Cons – The top management of this agency is horrific. They have an "us against them" mentality, which is pretty sad when the "them" are their employees. The top three trust no one. No one. And that attitude, to a lesser degree, trickles down through all the managers. Almost impossible to have anything good to say about a place that absolutely does not value its workers. Don't ever work here.

Advice to Senior Management – Pointless. They never listen to anyone. They don't need to. They are always right.
