Pros

It was an alright high school job, and can be fun when you work with friends. Morning hours are light.

Cons

No opportunities for advancement really, low pay, tips nonexistent. No benefits, difficult on the forearms. Lots of lifting heavy ice cream bins.

Advice to Senior Management

Let stores develop their own culture. Right now most cold stones are these miserable places where everything is stilted and awkward. Size names are absurd.
