Free ice-cream to take home every shift. Decent tips if a lot of customers. Fun co-workers. It's a good first time job, with little responsiblities, as long as you can handle cash and clean.

Cons

It can get pretty busy so you don't have a lot of time to rest in between customers. Scraping the ice could be difficult.
