I worked at Coldwell Banker full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    -Friendly atmosphere
    -Collegiate
    -Professional development events
-Entrepreneurial. Unlimited earnings potential, work as much or as little as you like, you're basically a small business owner.

    Cons

    -Salary
    -Success depends on initiative
You need to find your own clients/prospects generally through old calling. Unless you have an established network that can provide sustainable/consistent lead sources, but that is the exception not the norm

Former Employee - Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Philadelphia, PA

I worked at Coldwell Banker as a contractor for more than 3 years

    Pros

Friendly environment, lots of training opportunities, unlimited income potential

    Cons

Totally live without a net: no benefits, no salary, straight commissions with lots of splits.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Even if it doesn't seem to be a conflict of interest in the strictest sense, doing secret deals with agents in your office and entering formal partnerships with investors who hang their licenses in your offices is shady and puts other agents at risk.
