Coldwell Banker – “They hire a ton of agents and don't cultivate the ones they have.”
Pros
Everyone is very friendly. Office staff is long term.
Cons
They hire everyone tha waks thru the door so there are a lot of unqualified people they end up not there in 3 months.
Advice to Senior Management
Take time to cultivate the qualified realtors you have.
