    Pros

Exposure to Nike and fashion and apparel industry, employee benefits, many employees with ten to 30 years with the company that have high integrity and valuable knowledge.

    Cons

Employee turnover in the NY office is very high creating a constant cycle of training new people, Many poor decisions are made based on an inexperienced, short-sighted senior leadership team.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make a plan and execute it. Enough meetings already. Stop spending irresponsibly in the first 3 quarters of the year only to cut all spending entirely in the fourth quarter.
