Former Employee – worked at Coles Group part-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Very good wage rate, specially for the casual workers.
While on the other hand great benefits for permanent employees as well as great chances of excelling for the career oriented, dedicated workers.

Cons – Not as good in comparison to competitors as far as working conditions are concerned.

Advice to Senior Management – If the management keeps on rewarding opportunists over quality workers, the company will eventually lose its humanity, and not to mention opportunists lack the connection and loyalty to the employer at hand, in other words they don't care about anything other than themselves, so its the company's choice as to whom they want to invest into; the dedicated, quality workers or the opportunists.
