“Great job for students”
Former Employee – worked at Coles Group part-time for more than a year
Pros – -Flexible hours
-Good salary considering the position with good bonus for weekends or late hours.
-Friendly staff
Cons – -New policy just before I left required employees to work a minimum number of hours every 2 weeks, even during exam periods.
-Long shifts can be a bit tiring standing up all day.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
