    Pros

Good Pay and good salary. Staff are friendly, and coles has good working environment. I also received training to become a duty manager

    Cons

Too much pressure from managers. I used to be asked to stay back free of cost sometimes when there were too much left behind.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Coles nowadays employs all sorts of managers with and without prior experience. Some staff members have better knowledge than the manager.s
