Current Employee - Manager in Bangalore (India)

I have been working at Collabera full-time (more than a year)

Pros

Flexible timing.
Good colleagues.
Technical exposure.
Opportunity to learn.
Good technical people, sharing knowledge and working together for success of projects. Open for discussions and willing to contribute to wellness of the organisation. Interested in giving feedback to top management too.

Cons

Management.
Bad senior management, rather worse.
Biased or in-capable leaderships at level 2, 3, 4. (AVP/Group head/Business head and next levels in the heirarchy). Incompetency, shouting/yelling at subordinates being most common. The highter management is so dumb and deaf, not paying attention to employees woes.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Bring more transparency
Open discussion witih senior people - leads and managers
Make the employee's voice heard, take prompt action on feedbacks/reports regarding the leadership team.
Most importantly strengthen HR

Doesn't Recommend
Negative Outlook
No opinion of CEO

I worked at Collabera full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

You can get a good work culture, friendly environment and also some supportive seniors also. Work life balance.

    Cons

Resources don't get to work on the technology for which there are being hired by the company. Most of the Mangers don't have the managerial quality also and they are unprofessional. If you are there in the good book of the managers then you can get whatever you want. And actual talents are not being identified by manages since they are biased.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Retain talented employees. Listen to the employees who are all leaving the company and try to implement their suggestions. Try to get regular feed backs from employees.
