Evaluating Collabera

Service Engineer (Current Employee) Sunnyvale, CA

ProsI was offered a good salary rate. However, I know some other contractors did not get a good deal.
Good opportunity to get you in the field with well respected names in IT world.
They respect dates of wage payment.
Good bonus on their referral program.

ConsNo benefits at all. Poor communication with Collabera staff.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

OK for a call center job.

Customer Service (Current Employee) Tulsa, OK

I have been working at Collabera full-time for less than a year

Pros: Direct deposit and online timesheets. Cons: Understanding some of the management's accents, they tend to talk… Advice to Senior Management: Slow down talking to answering machines. Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
