Current Employee – been working at Collabera

Pros – Get your foot in the door somewhere that you want to try as a potential long-term fit. As far ascontracting companies go, this one has a great on-boarding process.

Cons – It is unfortunate these days that third party staff augmentation companies, like Collabera, are making up to 40% of what you should be bringing home.

Advice to Senior Management – If I were going to speak to leadership at Collabera I would encourage them to lower their profit margins slightly to keep employees and build a niche.
