    I worked at College Board

    Pros

    - Beautiful Office in Reston (recently got renovated)
    - Great benefits as an employee
    - Relaxed work environment
    - Project teams and senior management is very helpful
    - Located in Reston town center

    Cons

The level of knowledge within College board is extremely uneven. A lot of people just do work to get by and are not motivated to challenge themselves.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The leadership at college board is very structured. The project team managers report to a bigger head who then assigns tasks for them to break down. Overall, the hierarchy structure works very well.

I have been working at College Board

    Pros

A major pro with working with the College Board is the benefits package. You are really taken care of regarding health, 401(k), etc.

    Cons

A con to working with the College Board is that sometimes you might feel overworked and underpayed. There is a large gap in pay levels between the various levels at The College Board. This makes for a situation where the person who are at or near the bottom dont feel appreciated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If I could give advice to management, I would say that praise and compensation go a long way. Even if its for the small things, people will feel honored to work with and for you.
