    Pros

The physical office itself looks welcoming. Lots of resources available on website. Hard working nannies. Hard working tutors.

    Cons

*Low pay all around *Unrealistic expectations for recruitment of families and nannies *People are hired on without introduction... Like, they just show up at the office and tell me they are my coworker *No clear job responsibilities... And when the responsibilites that "are your's" are not done, you are yelled at either verbally or with a demoralizing email *Management is unprofessional and tactless I could continue, but I think you already get the point

    Pros

Flexible schedule Consistent clients Helpful tips Give you certain supplies Get to know the city better

    Cons

No benefits Unknown hours per week unless a regular nanny Paid hourly Know very little about other nannies or tutors Some parents work from home/unclear boundaries Leaving homes late at night with no cab fare

    Advice to Management

More networking between nannies would be helpful and create more support.

Thanks for in input. We host nanny trainings and networking events every 4-6 weeks. We invite all our nannies to attend. We have been doing this for over 2 years.
