I never received a SINGLE check without having to either A: jump through hoops AFTER receiving the check to get paid the rest of the amount that was subtracted from the check BY THE MANAGER (and not by taxes) after the little frat boy realized that I noticed, or B: jump through hoops BEFORE receiving one by arguing about whether or not my manager did indeed owe me that whole paycheck, or C: get blown off in a supposed meeting to receive my check and having to try again the next day or the day after that etc

Advice to Senior Management

Hire mature, responsible ADULTS for management, and honestly when people apply for management there could be some sort of socially safe (even undocumented and unofficial) test performed to measure the ego. Even if it's a subtle test, as long as the person hiring the "franchisee owner" can have a better idea of how to hire the right person(ality) *hint hint*. Especially in a company that hopes to be run by students in college.
