    Pros

Management Experience, Learn to Run Own Company, Learn to Hire Own Employees, Make as much as you want, learn to manage risk

    Cons

No help from management, basic training but nothing more, no help finding competent employees, they don't explain the risks well enough, franchise costs are astronomical

    Advice to Management

Train your franchise owners a little better, explain the risks MUCH better, don't rape your franchise owners with hidden charges, provide additional help during production, help hire good employees

Make sure that franchisees are paying their employees for the hours worked.
Make sure that employees are not working more than the 40hrs a week, unless they are getting overtime pay
