Pros

Trip to Cancun Mexico, White water rafting, Go Carts, Camping, BBQ's fun environment with students your age. You get out of it what you put into it so it is more than worth it to work hard because you get paid well if you do. Work hard play hard is the company motto. Great if you want to build your resume, gain communication skills, gain real world experience valuable to any employer, enjoy doing fun activities with students in your community. Average intern makes $12,000....personally, I made $18,000 that's super cool!

Cons

Definitely the most challenging thing I have ever done. The period in the beginning while accumulating clientele is long and hard to get through because you haven't seen any of the rewards yet. If you push through that period it gets rewarding quickly if you do what you're supposed to do. The worst thing you can do is not admit you're having a hard time and quit. admit it, and get help from the District Manager they're there to help you through every step in the process so use them as a resource

Advice to Management

We need to find a way to get the painters to enjoy it more. Maybe having DM's help the interns in ways to create the same environment for the painters as we have in the company itself.

    Pros

There are many pros to this internship. You will grow personally doing this internship than you could possibly do anywhere else. Leadership skills will go through the roof. Also the payoff in terms of compensation is extraordinary for a college student. With the right mix of determination and hard work the sky is truly the limit.

    Cons

This job can be stressful at times but well worth it.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. You are providing something rare for college students and it is changing lives.
