Greatest experience for college students

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsThe best culture and atmosphere within any business I have ever seen. The people involved within this company are inspirational and motivated individuals who go above and beyond to help coach and succeed in business. College students learn what it takes to actually run a business and every aspect within that; marketing, management, time handling, interviewing prospective employees, business accounting, communication skills all while making money and creating business. Priceless knowledge for anyone and to get the opportunity to learn it while still in college is amazing, skills that set college students out above the rest while also learning a great deal about themselves. An overall growing and learning experience!!

ConsCan be a daunting challenge and its not for everyone. Must be driven and hard working in order for this to be beneficial and successful. Willing to commit time and effort in order to make it worthwhile is the only way to approach this internship.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep being as support as you are. Mentorship is the key.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
