College Works Painting – “Work Hard, Hope you make money”

Marketing experience and light construction work. Ability to make as much or more than someone working a minimum wage job.
Cons
Training is minimal but painting isnt that hard. If you dont work fast enough you wont make as much money.
Advice to Senior Management
40% off the top is a large profit for the company to take for not providing any equipment and limited marketing aids.
