Pros

Schedule flexibility. Opportunities for community service.

Cons

Senior management is very detached from the needs of the support staff. Communication is weak at best when it comes to completing projects for brokers. All lot of redundancy and no clear standard for procedures/protocols/standard practices.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take the time to ask if we need help. Don't expect support staff to go to you when swamped with work. Communication needs to flow in both directions. Provide more relevant training.

    Good corporate platform and company name recognition helps you get paid attention to in the marketplace.

    Cons

    the corporate support functions could be better. The ratio of support to salespeople is thin.

    Focus more on providing support to your revenue generators who will generate more revenue if you give them solid support foundation.
