    Pros

It a job and it does pay the bills. They treat employees the same, exactly the same, whether your good at your job or bad.

    Cons

Very stingy. They prefer that their employees not think for themselves. They prefer you just do nothing until your told and then do it. It's basically like working for a dictator and they don't take kind to employee feedback either. They encourage employees to do be active in their community and to donate to charities. But yet they try not to spend a dime of their own money. Very good at spending others money.

    Advice to Management

Quit blowing your own horn. Practice what you preach. Support your employees, reward the ones that deserve it and let your employees do their jobs without interference.

Colliers is struggling financially; the use of disruptive change is the "norm"

    Pros

Colliers is going through a genesis. If the strategic plan is successful it may be a stellar organization to work for. They are currently updating systems from the phone to software to the cloud

    Cons

Property management teams do not work together. The accounting team is used more for support creating a weakness in cohesive integration of processes.

    Advice to Management

Don't force the employees to take surveys. If you want real feedback talk to the employees in a safe environment. The only way for the culture to actually change is for upper management to embrace the new culture. Do not simply instruct others to change.
