“Pay is not worth the work employees are doing.”
Current Employee – been working at Colorado Springs School District 11
Pros – Working with the students and staff
Cons – Pay. Giving input from schools to main district.
Advice to Senior Management – Don't just increase supervisors pay. Increase the pay to make it comperable for everyone to continue working with the district.
