I have been working at Columbia Southern University

Pros

Lower level of employees are nice
You get okay benefits
Nice location

Cons

Some managers have poor education and they do not have experiance in the field
Everything is watched by the second. Its hard to take your 5 mins without someone questioning you
Lack of growth and professional work
Some Managers in the education department lack communication
NO direction
They are not real when it comes to organization of meetings
There is to much personal talk from Managers private life
The tour of the college was unprofessional, I remember a female manager being negative to an employee and making an outburst.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Dont talk about your personal life.
Watch what you say to your faculty and Learn to listen to your faculty.
Do a better job with your schools resources; people behind a desk without English degrees are not a resource to your students.
Watch when you are talking to people about there race.
