Pros

A lot of smart people around.
The University provides a lot of opportunities for you to learn, to achieve.
Manhattan living is exciting

Cons

If your adviser is terrible, then everything is screwed.
Most Ph.D. students spent spend a lot of time doing research, if you don't like research, it's painful.

    Pros

Great tuition benefits, easy hours, standard salary.

    Cons

Progressive management doesn't seem to exist. People work here for years and years with no incentive to grow or move forward.

    Advice to Management

Try to attract young, smart talent and invest in changing your management models.
