“Wonderful environment, excellent benefits, low pay”
Current Employee – been working at Columbia University full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Many ways to advance career once in the University system.
Cons – Academic experience is not very transferable to other fields.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
