Very informal atmosphere with a lot of autonomy and little oversight if you are competent and do your job well.

    The people are amazing, friendly, and intelligent. It is such a pleasure to work with capable and motivated individuals who want to improve the world in so many different facets.

    Every large entity has their own problems, so I believe the cons to working here are similar to other large organizations.
