    I worked at Columbia University full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    The first pro was I didn't have to use MTA, I enjoyed the environment, and good benefits had I become permanent.

    Cons

    position was only for 4 months, I was not chosen to be permanent at this time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to the Supervisors when they tell management that they have a hardworking man give him a chance.
