I have been working at Columbia University part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Working with esteemed faculty. The professors I got to work with were very smart and supportive. They helped me decide if I wanted to go to grad school.

    Cons

Menial work. I had to do some tasks that involved making a lot phone calls and doing surveys. I would do this for hours, and that part was not very challenging.
