Pros

great environment. The people there were really a pleasure to work with. The hours are relatively flexible, and the compensation was good. In addition, management was always very receptive to comments from anyone, and my boss was great.

Cons

the work could get a little monotonous at times, but theres nothing really to be done about that. In addition, I got the sense that there wasn't a ton of room for advancement within the company.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

keep doing what you're doing.

    Pros

The company connects you with individuals that need your help. The company has a benefits package with insurance and a retirement plan.

    Cons

The owner of the company doesn't really manage the company. They outsource the schedule and you have to call the company handling the company if your relief is late. If you don't tell them you won't get paid for the time you wait for relief.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The company should be more hands in regards to employee complaints, instead of just ignoring complaints. They should do more checkups on the franchisee owners so, they can make sure their brand name is being upheld to their standards.
