Never boring. In the golden age of the company (at least 4-5 years ago) was an employer that recognized the value of their employees. Promoted from within, many opportunities available. Familial atmosphere witht truely an open door policy. Approachable leadership.

Cons

No increases for several years-pay freezes.
Pay cuts in past.
Layoffs and lack of stability.

Advice to Senior Management

Reward and acknowledge those employees that remain with the company.
