Comair – “Incompetent supervisors with no social skills”

The health and travel benefits are great.

Cons

The supervisors are old and do not have any social skills. They talk about the employees to employees, had an attitude about everything, and generally did not want to help or hear your concerns. I asked my supervisor if now was a good time to ask her a question and she actually said "no time is a good time, I'm always busy, what do you want?" There has been three different presidents of the company in 3 years and they hire anyone who tries for a job there. It was a fun job for a while but there is a lack of organization and competence from the top positions right down to the bottom.

Advice to Senior Management

Hire some people who know what they are doing.
