    Old Fashioned Door to Door Sales

    Pros: The positive thing is that they are always hiring so that if you need a job, have some experience in sales and… Cons: They are very old fashioned in the approach to sales.     Great training, old school sales tactics, long hours, lower pay. Good start-up place for newbies or direct sales agents.

    I have been working at Combined Insurance full-time for less than a year


    Pros: Excellent sales training, positive company atmosphere, 13 week start pay, employee benefits, W2 tax advantages, good bonus structure, trip incentives, easy… Cons: Very low commission, high turn-over, over worked leads, very time consuming to make a good paycheck. Health benefits at 6 months, Dental in 1 year.… Advice to Senior Management: Hire the correct people, offer a salary + commission in order to keep your agents, require more "insurance" experience for managers, incorporate easier ways to… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
