    Pros

The people are warm and management really listens to new ideas and new ways of doing things. They really make you feel included and part of the CJP team.

    Cons

Parking can be really expensive and getting to and from the Financial District can be a pain. It is a non-profit so budgets can be very tight.

    Advice to Management

It would be great if salaries were slightly higher to help attract and retain top talent.

Good intentions but management is lost

    Pros

All Jewish holidays off (about 10 extra a year) Generous vacation and sick policy 35 hour work week (but expected to work more) Flex working policy

    Cons

Management is clueless high turnover All raises go towards upper managerment/senior team no growth Very political in terms of promotions

    Advice to Management

Stop promoting yourselves hire the right people who can actually do the job stop asking for feedback and then ignoring it when we give it you
