after my internship experience was not able to be hired on a as a full time employee. but got some very good work experience,

More opportunities in the call center environment. make it easy for employees to transfer to different locations nationwide. especially corporate.

    Pros

    great cafeteria! They have great benefits and they give you a lot of room for schedule flexibility. I like the independence you get.

    Cons

    If you get an event within the first 90 days they will not allow you to apply for another position at your 6 month point

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Change the IVR because its really long and it frustrates the coustomer and really doesn't make them pleasant to speak to.
