ProsGood pay, great benefits, lots of flexibilty, not micro managed very rare that a supervisor is hovering over you and breathing down your neck.

ConsNeeds more opprutunity for growth, no leadership classes for non-management, sometimes feel like work given isn't reasonable to work that you already have.

Advice to Senior Managementneed more training for leadership roles for techs who apply.
